Atika’s qualified mother tongue staff will answer in Arabic language at our Customer Service. Their in-depth knowledge of the reference countries and markets allows us to provide a complete intermediation service between Italian manufacturers of lift parts and components and Arabic buyers, thus facilitating negotiations and reducing linguistic and cultural gaps.

During each phase of the business relation, customers can benefit from Atika’s qualified support to obtain technical advice for their complete lift projects from the choice of the most adequate products to intermediation with manufacturers, transport, order tracking, technical support on lifts and personnel training.

SHIPMENTS


After buying mechanical lift parts, customers may elect whether to collect their products directly from the manufacturer or use Atika’s logistic service. We ensure that their products will be directly shipped by the manufacturer, with the guarantee that each part delivered is original and made in Italy.

The shipment will be constantly monitored and tracked through our Customer Service, where customers will be enabled to track the progress of their order and request the related documentation (order confirmation, supplier’s certificates, and so on). With Atika’s shipment service, any problem or contingency will be managed directly by our staff, so customers do not have to worry about collecting products.
